Language Interpretation Solutions
This a solution for companies which want provide on-demand language interpretation services for their customers.
Essentially this is a multi-participant conferencing system which allows your customer’s staff (e.g. healthcare professionals) to communicate with services users (e.g. patients) with the help of an on-demand remote interpreter.
The system allows you to maintain a database of your interpreters with their names, contact numbers, availability profile and specific language skills.
When a customer calls you to request an interpretation session an automated responder asks them to choose a language. The system then identifies one or more available interpreters from the database and calls them automatically. When an interpreter answers the call, they speak to the customer and then the service user is brought into three-way conference using a separate phone.
The system creates a billing record for each call – with customer ID, date & time, call duration and call cost – so that you can invoice your customers.
