If you use email addresses for your business with Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc, you could improve your image by having your own domain name with associated email addresses. It really doesn’t cost much, and it’s easy to set up.
Instead of mybusiness@gmail.com you could have sales@mybusiness.com.
We can also develop a simple website for you to get started.
Support and maintenance services
Occasional problems with computers or network equipment are an irritating fact of life. Rather than struggle with them yourself, ask us to help. We offer pay-as-you-need support at an hourly rate, as well as fixed-price support contracts. Our help-desk team will answer your calls quickly, and they can fix most problems by remote access. We also have local engineers in most parts of the UK, if you need a hands-on repair or installation service.
Security advice and tools
Every business should be conscious of security risks to their systems and information. You might think you are reasonably safe, but you should consider the possible implications of being users being unable to function, or losing access to your data, or having your financial accounts compromised.

We approached Yestech to take over our VoIP requires as we had outgrown our old provider and weren't getting the line quality or consistency we required. At the same time we were moving office so we needed to have a seamless transition. Yestech arranged a new broadband connection and setup the new larger phone network. It works very well, with no dropped calls or bad lines. Would certainly recommend. A very happy customer.

I would like to sincerely thank David and his team for the excellent service during the process of transferring my number from my previous provider to Yestech. I knew the process might take some time, and I was prepared for that, but now I can fully use the same number I’ve had for years without needing to change it for my clients – which was crucial for me. After the transfer was completed, there was a small technical issue, but one quick phone call solved it in no time, and everything worked perfectly!

We have just had a new phone system and internet installed by the guys at Yestech. From the original call where I spoke with David, who was very knowledgeable, and helpful, to the install was absolutely superb.
On the day of the install David and Rys dealt with BT to make sure all was done to a satisfactory standard, and rys set about programming the system and setting up the phones and messages so all worked without a fault.
Needed a few changes made and these were carried out within minutes.
Highly recommend this company to any business looking to upgrade their phone system.

Great company! Having tried several Voip systems, this one has been the most reliable. If there are any problems Greg at the tech team is brilliant and so quick at solving things. Met David and his team at the Taxi Exhibition in MK last month. Nice guys, we got honest advice. Signed up soon after. Phone work great, with very little internet. Voice is HD, using mobile less now as office phone is much clearer to hear. Got good personal service for a fairly cheap subscription. I don't understand why anyone still uses analogue phones any longer. There might be even cheaper options out there, though good personal service makes up for it. Couldn't be happier, especially since they don't ask for a lengthy contract, 30 days rolling. I choose to stay, they didn't ask for a lengthy contract. 5*

My phone line crashed and my own provider, who I have been with for the last 15 years could not fix it. He managed to fix everything on the spot. We had been with our last provider for 12 years before moving over. After speaking to Ian, not only did we find out we were on old tech, but we were given options of tech which fitted better for our company and at a very competitive rate. I was and have been a BT customer for many years and constantly had problem where the services went down or the billing was incorrect. Yestech managed to get me transferred over without a glitch and have not had a problem since for over 1 year now. Oh the bill has been cut by 50%. Totally Exuberant experience with Yestech. I switched to them after 10 years with different provider and the service was impeccable. Not only the service was great but I am paying half of the price which is doing great savings to my company.
