We will remove your contact details form our records if you ask us to – as long as this does not conflict with our statutory obligations to government agencies to retain data about our trading relationship with you.

How and where do we store information?

We store information about you in on-line computer databases which are hosted in managed data centres.  Some information is copied to databases which are stored on personal computers and mobile devices.  Access to these databases is protected by user passwords in line with best industry practice.

We do not keep information in paper form.
