Care Home Operator
Objective: To provide an integrated telephone system for all sites
The customer operates four residential care homes for the elderly in Surrey and Hampshire from an HQ office in Farnham. We setup a central hosted switchboard for the whole enterprise and installed a set of VoIP telephones in each site.
Each site has its own telephone number. Incoming calls are routed to the phones at each site by the hosted switchboard. We set up an automatic responder on each care home number so that calls which are not specifically related to the care of a resident were re-directed to the team in HQ. This means that the care workers in each home no longer have to deal sales calls, enquiries about bed vacancies and calls regarding recruitment.
All calls between each site are now free of charge. The customer was also able to cancel an unnecessary line at each site and save money on line rentals every month.
The phones lines are never engaged. If a call cannot be taken at a care home then it is routed automatically to HQ.

We approached Yestech to take over our VoIP requires as we had outgrown our old provider and weren't getting the line quality or consistency we required. At the same time we were moving office so we needed to have a seamless transition. Yestech arranged a new broadband connection and setup the new larger phone network. It works very well, with no dropped calls or bad lines. Would certainly recommend. A very happy customer.

I would like to sincerely thank David and his team for the excellent service during the process of transferring my number from my previous provider to Yestech. I knew the process might take some time, and I was prepared for that, but now I can fully use the same number I’ve had for years without needing to change it for my clients – which was crucial for me. After the transfer was completed, there was a small technical issue, but one quick phone call solved it in no time, and everything worked perfectly!
The app feature is also brilliant – I can immediately see when someone is calling my transferred number, which makes my daily work so much easier. A big thank you again for your professionalism and efficient support! I highly recommend Yestech to everyone!

We have just had a new phone system and internet installed by the guys at Yestech. From the original call where I spoke with David, who was very knowledgeable, and helpful, to the install was absolutely superb.
On the day of the install David and Rys dealt with BT to make sure all was done to a satisfactory standard, and rys set about programming the system and setting up the phones and messages so all worked without a fault.
Needed a few changes made and these were carried out within minutes.
Highly recommend this company to any business looking to upgrade their phone system.

Great company! Having tried several Voip systems, this one has been the most reliable. If there are any problems Greg at the tech team is brilliant and so quick at solving things. David has been very helpful with setting up our system for us and talking us through what we need. They have made it as stress free as possible. Met David and his team at the Taxi Exhibition in MK last month. Nice guys, we got honest advice. Signed up soon after. Phone work great, with very little internet. Voice is HD, using mobile less now as office phone is much clearer to hear. Got good personal service for a fairly cheap subscription. I don't understand why anyone still uses analogue phones any longer. There might be even cheaper options out there, though good personal service makes up for it. Couldn't be happier, especially since they don't ask for a lengthy contract, 30 days rolling. I choose to stay, they didn't ask for a lengthy contract. 5*

After speaking to Ian, not only did we find out we were on old tech, but we were given options of tech which fitted better for our company and at a very competitive rate. I was and have been a BT customer for many years and constantly had problem where the services went down or the billing was incorrect. Yestech managed to get me transferred over without a glitch and have not had a problem since for over 1 year now. Oh the bill has been cut by 50%. Massive thank you to Ian from Peterborough! He got us set up with our phone systems quickly and was so helpful. He answered every call no matter the time or how much of a pain I was. He was so polite and professional. We asked for a number to correlate with our Business number and Name and we were provided with one within ten minutes. They ported the numbers as soon as we asked. Everything was just so smooth from start to end. Cost is more than fair!

We had become fed up with our current telecoms provider who used to think they ruled the Taxi Telecom market (naming no names but fairly obvious who they are), and they had become expensive and massively arrogant. We found Yestech, moved to them, and have benefitted massively from their improved level of service and support - and their costs are so much bettervalue for money than the other firm. A thoroughly good decision.

Very happy with Yestec and they are in a different class to my last provider who (without naming names but they are often used as a comms provider to the taxi world) where unhelpful, expensive and awfully arrogant. Yestech have been the complete opposite of them - totally helpful and fantastic value for money, hence the switch. Well worth the move for any Taxi firm who is not happy with there current supplier

After running into problems with our pbx, we contacted Yestech, after initial discussions with Bill over a few phone calls, Richard connected remotely to our PC and pbx, 30 mins later, hey presto all up and running perfectly. Richard even showed me what to do should it ever happen again due to reinstalling windows 10 .?
